Our 4 Day Tanzania Photography Tour will give you a chance to experience some of the highlights of the Northern Safari Circuit. You will have the chance to encounter breathtaking wildlife in the midst of some of the most diverse landscapes, monkeys and baboons swinging on tree branches, lions roaring next to your wilderness tented camp as well as elephants travelling through the bush, and a huge variety of animals inside a collapsed volcano.

With a lazy breakfast, your guide will pick you up and proceed to Tarangire National park one of the largest national park in Tanzania located in Manyara region, this place is characterized by the large herds of elephants, tree climbing lions, and the fascinating baobab trees also called the Tree of Life for its almost mythical powers that some cultures attach to it. This park is especially known for Tarangire River which flows all year round and the only source of water for wild animals during dry seasons. Overnight at Eileen's Tree Inn Karatu
After breakfast, proceed to enter the fascinating Ngorongoro Conservation Area and drive through the rolling hill of Ngorongoro Highlands. When you first see Ngorongoro Crater, it looks like a forgotten world. Concealed by the steep volcanic walls is a pristine wilderness including sweeping savannah, pockets of acacia woodland, and glistening lakes and swamps. The Crater was created when a large volcano exploded and collapsed in on itself two to three million years ago and it covers an area of 260 km². The Crater is famous for both its geological delights and for being a natural reserve that is home to some of the densest large mammal populations in the whole of the African continent. After you descend into the Crater, you quickly find yourself amongst large numbers of wildebeest, zebra, gazelle, and more than 500 bird species. The Crater provides you with the best chance of seeing the endangered black rhino. Enjoy a breathtaking picnic lunch overlooking the crater rim floor before returning to Karatu. Today we shall have a half day game drive to Lake Manyara National Park which is is one of Tanzania’s smaller parks but still offers a rewarding and diverse safari experience. The lakeshore at Manyara teems with birdlife, and while you are looking for the birds, you might spot one of the elusive tree-climbing lions. There are a surprising number of other large mammals and the striking cliffs on the Rift escarpment form a dramatic backdrop. Enjoy a picknic lunch before saying farewell to your driver guide and this amazing protected Area. Head straight to your desired dropping point in Arusha or Kilimanjaro.
